Yoga is a beautiful practice of the mind, body and spirit - moving gracefully through
perceived barriers and into an experience of open, expanded sense of self!
Yoga classes offered:

Restorative Bliss ~ A gentle, calming, restoring and restful yoga practice in which comfy
pillows and blankets and cozy candlelight assist in the letting go of our mind, body and spirit.
As we relax into each posture the body softens further to a deep space of rest and
rejuvenation. As students melt, Reiki flowing through the facilitator takes the yoga experience
to a healing-infused nest of complete bliss and surrender.
Class length - 75 min

Heart Fusion Yoga ~ Creates a conscious connection to the heart and awakens body, mind,
spirit awareness through the beautiful, intuitive essence of yoga. Combining Hatha yoga (the
foundation of the asana/posture practice), astanga (vinyasa flow), standing sequences,
holding of postures, meditation, spiritual teachings, chanting, breathing exercises (pranyama),
the yogic teachings and deep surrender into the postures. Each class is unique, as we tune
into the students and what their being and body needs. Let your heart be the doorway to an
expanded experience of yourself in all your beauty!
Class length - 75 min

Yoga Groove ~ A combination of my favourite movements: yoga and dance! We begin the
class with 10 - 15 minutes of yoga to warm up and awaken the body. We then transition into
Grooving, letting go to the rhythm of the music and expressing through guided dance and
movement. We complete the class by cooling the body with gentle yoga and meditation,
rebalancing and harmonizing the entire mind, body and spirit!
Class length - 75 min

Open to all levels of practice and experience. The only "requirement" - an openness to play, let
go and love deeper!!!

The Groove Method
"GROOVE classes are dance/fitness class where you learn SIMPLE and EASY choreography
from a variety of different dance styles. The choreography is simple (there are not many
movements to remember) so that you can dance the moves your own way! When you get a
chance to move in a way that feels good for your body, you get a great workout that's
perfect for you! Dancing is a great way to get active, release energy and have fun! In
GROOVE classes, you can't get it wrong because it's not about following-the-leader...it's
about YOU- DANCING for the HEALTH of it!"

3MA
Coming soon to Toronto! March 2011, King Gabriel Quincy Collymore comes to Toronto to
train, heal and help shape our mind and body into the best possible expression yet! Mixed
Miraculous Martial Arts (MMMA or 3MA) is a beautiful art form created from a mixture of
martial arts traditions and non-traditions. Sessions are held outdoors as often as possible,
utilizing the natural elements. Clients report feeling a deep connection to their body, a stillness
in the presence and a clarity in their mind, plus an amazing physique!

3MA Sessions ~ Positive Mantras, Cardiovascular workout, Plyometrics, Isometrics, Mixed
Martial Arts, Qi Gong, Yoga, Breathwork and Coaching.
Training Session - 60-90 min
