About Tara Healing Sanctuary.......
The business name "Tara Healing Sanctuary" arose from the awareness of the power of
names and the desire to captivate the concept of a healing sanctuary. Sanctuaries are not
limited to a physical place, building or room, but can also be created within ourselves - to
create a space of healing within oneself for growth, rest and rejuvenation. A sanctuary
that is divine and filled with light, unconditional love and gratitude. A space to connect
with our inner wisdom and knowing....in every fibre of our being we hold the universe!
Tara Healing Sanctuary provides an integrated approach to health and wellbeing for all
ages - the perfect balance between the mind, body and spirit. For optimal health,
wellbeing and vitality we cannot separate these aspects of self. All holistic treatments,
workshops, retreats, training and consultation address the entire person.....physically,
mentally, emotionally, spiritually. My intention is to educate and empower clients to
discover their own inner ability to heal and ultimately choose and create the life they want
to live, from their heart and from a place of passion. What makes your heart sing....

About Tara.......
I have been on a journey of self-exploration and spiritual development for most of my
life. Discovering yoga and meditation early in life sparked an interest in healing, health
care and the connection between the mind, body and soul. After studying Health Sciences
in university, my path led to the Transformational Arts College, where I completed the
Holistic Health Care Practitioner program, and received certification in Aromatherapy and
Reflexology. Receiving my Reiki Master attunement and studying channeling &
mediumship has further developed a deeper knowing of self, cleared limiting perceptions
and heightened my intuitive healing abilities.
Synchronistic events and divine guidance led to the study of cell memory, holographic
release, DNA activation and quantum physics, which opened new areas of integrated
energy healing, working with the body's energy matrix and sacred geometry. A teacher
by nature, I am passionate about empowering others to clear perceptions, see clearly,
seek truth within and guide them along their path to spiritual, emotional, mental and
physical healing, growth and awareness.
Over the past few years I have been drawn to work with children. They are precious
gifts and have much to teach us about surrender, play, freedom and accessing our inner
child....bringing us closer to who we really are, our innocence and pure essence! Click

Being with nature and animals allows me to connect to all that is. Meditation, music and
drumming are avenues I use to maintain balance and stay grounded,
although frequent trips to northern Ontario, where I grew up, to
be surrounded by serene nature is a regular occurrence.
Life on earth is a beautiful gift we have given to ourselves.
It is up to us to create the life we want to live.
