Energy Work

Spiritual / Intuitive / Healing Sessions:
A unique energy and spiritual awakening session that is intuitively guided and created for
each individual in that moment, drawing on and utilizing all of the gifts that flow through the
facilitator.

Clear blocked energy pathways, limiting beliefs patterns, the chakras and increase overall
health and vitality. Rebalances the energy fields of the spiritual, emotional, mental and
physical bodies back to its original perfect state of wellbeing. Energy flow is restored on all
levels of being. One often feels a beautiful cocoon of love, a tangible connection to self and a
higher awareness of the soul's journey.

A loving, sacred space for healing, surrender and transformation is held with vision, clear
intuition and powerful listening for the highest potentiality of the individual, igniting it into full
expression. In essence, one's true-self is fully realized and embodied. Sessions assist clients
with life changes, reconnection to self/life/higher-truth, transformation, awakening, seeing
one's life's path and vision with clarity and uplifts to the highest expression.

The session begins with the check-in - tuning into the client as to what is going on in his/her
life. Through intuitive guidance the session may include a combination of the following:

What is a "Spiritual Guide"?
A being who is plugged directly into spirit, pure source and acts as a channel for this light
energy to flow through. Often assisting other beings in their spiritual journey of experience
and expansion by seeing the highest light possible and energetically activating it, and guiding
the direction to actualize this light.

What is an "Energy Activator"?
A being who uses the energy of source to ignite, spark awake or light-up another being's
energy field, DNA, a soul's purpose, a person's gifts and highest expression. Activating one
to their full energy expression! Energy is all around us - from the sun, to the elements of air,
earth, fire, water, ether, to the moon, to the other planets, to the spiritual beings and guides
that love and support us, to source itself! We are being energically activated and aligned all
the time.

How does Distance Healing work?
Healing occurs just as readily over the phone/distance as it does in person. The reason being
that time and space really does not occur the way we have been taught to believe. Healing
waves of light can travel to anyone, anywhere, shifting the vibrational field of the client in
moments! And being that we are all connected through the collective consciousness or one
mind, belief systems can be transmuted and transformed, emotional states can be lifted to a
higher version, spiritual connection can be enhanced and elevated, thereby effecting the
physical body and structure, releasing pains, perceived ailments and discomforts!

What is Chakra Balancing?
The seven major chakras function as intake centers for the energy field surrounding the
body and connect to the nerves and organs. A combination of energy work, visualization,
sound, crystals and colour are used to clear blocked energy and restore balance on all
levels, increasing the vitality of the individual.

Reiki (pronounce ray-key)
Universal Life Force Energy that travels to where it is needed, healing on all levels. A
very subtle, warming energy, inducing a state of relaxation and yet can energize and
rejuvenate. Has the ability to harmonize energies, release blockages, accelerate healing,
assist in cleansing toxins, enhance creativity, and develops a deeper self-awareness. Reiki
supports any medical or supplemental healing method.
