| As my path continues to unfold, I feel increasingly inspired to share, uplift and elevate others along their journey! My intention for 2009 was to "Go Global" and reach out and touch the lives of millions of people! I feel so thrilled to have the opportunities flow in that are in alignment with this intention and provide a platform to inspire through workshops, interviews, story-telling and speaking engagements!!! I am always open to new venues, corporations, corporate wellness programs and opportunities to share, uplift, inspire or lead a group. EveryBODY Dance Conference
Brook Jillian Yantzi and I co-facilitated a workshop on Abun-DANCE - a mind, body,
spirit look at attracting abundance of all levels into our life and clear the limiting beliefs
that hold us back! We also taught a YogaGroove class to embody the teachings! It was a
powerful, tranformative weekend in Toronto with Misty Tripoli of The Groove Method!

Music for Healing in Ireland
My husband, Gabriel Quincy Collymore and I were asked to speak and sing at The Music
for Healing evening at the Annual Fiddler's Green Festival in Rostrevor, Northern Ireland
in July 2011. We were honoured to be a part of this powerful event, which was organized
and lead by world renowed singer/songwriter and peace activist, Tommy Sands. Guests
included Northern Ireland's political leaders, co-producer of Bob Marley's last album,

My first introduction to Arbonne was through an opportunity to speak at one of their
training events. I spoke on "Minding Your Mind" where we looked within at our thoughts
and how to clear through the blocks and barriers and create a clear canvas of the mind!

Greater Essex County District School Board
I had the opportunity to speak and facilitate at the GECDSB during their "Fitness Week"
which had a focus on Mental Fitness. I facilitated two classes - YogaGroove and
Meditative Yoga Flow, as well as facilitated two inspirational talks on "We Attract What
We Reflect" ~ the Law of Asking & Receiving and the Law of Attraction - one to the HR
employees and the other to the senior management staff. I also lead a meditation and
inspirational talk on "Real" ationship ~ Creating Authentic Relationships (in all areas of life)
- at the Ontario School Board end of year retreat. It has been such an honour to be a part
of the education system in such a profound, empowering and transformative way!

Elevate to Exhale
Twelve hours of Yoga, Meditation and raising awareness in the middle of Yonge-Dundas
Square, Toronto! I had the amazing opportunity to lead a mediation, teach a little yoga and
speak about how the principles of yoga connect to all areas of life and how to tune deeper
into self. At any given moment there were approximately 2000 people in the area, taking
in the energy of stillness, higher consciousness or to simply take a moment to just breathe!
