At this moment in time.......
January 2012
Upon my return from Bali, Indonesia, February 2007, I received much clarity
around where my journey was heading next. All signs and energy directed me back
to Toronto, after over a year of travel and work at various wellness resorts and
spas in Ontario. After traveling around the world and spending time in my "energetic
home" of Los Angeles, the energy drew me back to Toronto...to share the energy
of information that I have experienced in these other places....planting beautiful
seeds of healing and support in Ontario! And then the winds changed and flew me
to Ireland for 3 months of rest, re-energization, creative expansion! Soon I will be
in Tulum, Mexico for 3 - 6 months!
The energy continues to flow and direct me into divine projects, connecting me
with some incredible people and organizations!! It has been an honour and a
blessing to be guided to these humanitarian, consciousness-raising individuals and
groups! And just as the universe shared them with me, I pass the torch of
brilliance, love and unity to you.....
I currently offer holistic treatments, private yoga classes and workshops at the
following locations:

Northern Ontario and Ottawa. I have many, many wonderful workshops, seminars
and special events commencing in person while home as well as virtual classes!!!!
